Brother-in-law and US Coast Guard E3 Ryan Wyman graduated from boot camp September 26 and will soon depart for his first duty station, the cutter Wahoo. The Wahoo is an 87' Marine Protector Class cutter stationed at Port Angeles, Washington - just 18 miles from Victoria, British Columbia.
